Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Acceptance of terms

By using ThumbnailDownload (the “service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service does

We provide free, browser-based tools that extract and download publicly available media and metadata from social platforms. The service is provided free of charge and requires no account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and only with content that is publicly available. You must respect the intellectual-property rights of content owners and the terms of service of the source platforms. You are solely responsible for how you use any content you download — for example, obtaining permission where required and not using content in a way that infringes copyright, privacy or other rights.

Intellectual property

We do not claim ownership of any third-party content accessed through the service. All trademarks, videos, images and other media belong to their respective owners. Platform names (such as YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest) are trademarks of their owners; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Because it depends on third-party platforms that can change at any time, we do not guarantee that any tool will be accurate, uninterrupted, or available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
